We found a cockroach in our room that got into our food and we only killed it later when it crawled next to me on the bed. The comforter smelled like it was washed but wasn’t dried properly. In first entering the room, it smelled bad like a moldy smell so we were given a humidifier as the solution instead of giving us a cleaner room. The hallway carpets could use a good steam. Access from the parking to the room could be explained better as we were first going from the parking elevator, down to the lobby to get on the other elevator to go back up to our room. Although the front desk attendant was nice, the area was manned by only person who was tending to another guest when we arrived so check in took longer than we would’ve liked. We also had to wait to check out as the front desk person was nowhere to be found for a while. We checked in two adults but were only given one bath towel in the room so we had to ask for more. Parking can also be a nightmare as the hotel shares the parking garage with other businesses in the building. Overall, not a very good stay here.
