Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!"

"The place is very safe because the place is gated with 24 security. While we tried fishing, too many bugs, There are many parks to go biking, we rode almost everyday and got that much needed tan, we enjoyed are stay."

"We were looking for a pet friendly place to spend the month of February. We found the cottages online and gave it a try. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. "The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! There are enough bedrooms to accommodate an extended family- grown children and grandkids, allowing private space with open living areas for gathering. A short walk to the beach entry, but be ready for a trek on the dune path. This section of the beach is fairly private, not nearly as crowded as the section further north.
