“Pictures are accurate. Very nicely done up inside. Be aware, there is no outside space to sit, but there is a small public pool space a short walk away. This was fine for us because we basically needed somewhere to lay our heads at night. There are some minor maintenence upkeep things needing to be done but these things didnt affect our stay(new shower curtain, front door sticks in top corner, loose tp holder, some spiderwebs way up high, etc.). Overall, for the price, it was very nicely……

“Beautiful place. Felt almost brand new. Location is tucked away in oak trees but close by town and all the conveniences. Living areas and deck were spacious and lovely! We loved the large dining table for eating and playing games and spent lots of time in the hot tub and on the deck, grilling and enjoying the fire pit, shuffle board was always a surprise hit. “My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was just what we wanted. A nice cozy cabin in the mountains, but not difficult to get to. Neal was really friendly and helpful. The Cabin is so cool with a lot of cool little details. Rustic, with all the modern comforts. Highly recommend!!”

“Stayed for 2 nights during spring break. Our family loved the cabin. Highlights included: nice hot tub, basement arcade games, outdoor tree swing, fun loft, and lots of space to hang out and play. The proximity to Sundance Resort was a big plus - really convenient to come and go throughout the day for spring skiing. Host communicated well, and had a really clear/helpful guide for checkin, stay, and checkout. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!”

“My only complaint was the pool table inside leaned, as one of the table legs was off center, and the cues were broken so it made it hard to play pool with the kids. But such a nice stay, Mike was incredible and kind, beautiful home. I’d definitely rent again. ”

“Had a wonderful stay in the Cozy Cabin for "Spring Break" - we were lucky enough to get about 35 inches of snow that week. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well organized. The kitchen was well equipped with a good selection of pots/pans, accessories, and spices. Beds were all comfortable though the bunk bed room upstairs could use some shades (minor). Stairs going up to the second floor are rather steep and narrow, but it was fine for our group (might be an issue for older people……

“Home has the Sundance decor vibe and is very spacious for two families. Only 2 homes away from Sundance cabins and is easy to connect to the Sundance walkways even in winter. Drawbacks are the induction Miele stove which is high tech and a nightmare to operate. Property manager was useless. No foil or saran wrap - only ziplock bags to use. Folgers coffee. One TV in the basement. No blackout blinds or privacy so plan to wake up at the crack of dawn. No discretion in having the hot tub……
