"The owner Jeff was a great host. The apartment had a wonderful view of thee mountains and surrounding hills. The apartment was clean and spacious. Most importantly, the location was about 5 minutes from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park."

"I feel the attention to detail in regards to the cleanliness of the property could have been a bit better but were overall happy with the unit. Close walk to cuty market and short drive to mesa verde. The patio and courtyard were very nice to have as well. We would stay here again."

"From our perspective, this is the best VRBO in the area. Hosts were great and really made sure we had a great experience. For us the location was close to family and allowed us to unwind and relax after several day trips to surrounding national parks and landmarks. This was the first time we explored locations outside of the local region. We visited Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Arches National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Lots of driving but well worth it."

"Great location not far from the Mesa Verde National Park. There was some trouble with the water heater not working, but we managed to fix it temporarily ourselves. There was no coffee or sugar for the coffee maker, but Walmart is not far away."

"We enjoyed our tiny home adventure. The home was very well organized and thoughtfully put together. It is well located to enjoy Mesa Verde National Park, the Cortez area and Four Corners as well."

"Cute little suite. Full kitchen. One small snag, the front door was deadbolt locked when we arrived (unable to enter via keyless entry) and the owners had to come let us in. Response was prompt, they were there in 10 minutes. The place served our needs. No livingroom area but when its just where you're sleeping between adventures, that works out fine."

"Bunny's Bunkhouse is a little piece of heaven! Had a wonderful stay. The property has everything you need for a great stay. Loved visiting with the sheep! Would have LOVED to get to meet the horses! The grill, firepit and millions of stars made for one beautiful evening. Easy drive to Cortez, and even Durango."

"This clean little house is adorable. The bed is very comfy, and you can't beat the morning and evening views. The composting toilet and instant hot water heater are an added plus if you are mindful of going green."

"Unfortunately, this review does not allow me to download photos. Photos would explain why my review is only a 3 Star. PROS: 3 miles to Mancos. Centrally located to Dolores, Cortez and Durango. CONS: House is NOT as clean as pictured. When looking for a cutting board, what I found was trash in the cupboards and discarded items. Animals pens on site are filthy. Corral is loaded with poop! Goat pens are full of boards with nails sticking out, twine and garbage. We had to rescue a goat with a...

"The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"
