"Very good breakfast. Staff was excellent. the room was clean and appropriate."

"The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay"

"Beautiful location, stayed two nights in a room with river view. Great property to walk our dog along river and grassy areas to play on. Older property but nicely kept. Friendly staff. Walking distance to train and historic Durango. Grocery store next door. Loved our stay."

"Everything was great, from the hospitality at check in, to the room, to the nearby brew pub recommendation by staff, to the in house breakfast, to the easily accessible river walk. we will be back any and every time we are in Durango. "

"Baymont hotel was great!!! I was only disappointed in thier breakfast menu as eggs made as egg omlette with chese. I was expecting scrambled eggs only. Other foods were fine. I like the room and indoor swimming pool! The price was reasonable i was happy ill come back when i go to mesa verde national park"
