The front doors were broken and made a terrible sound all night/early morning. Staff had radio playing loudly in the room next to mine. I was in room 117 and room 119. We got in very late night after 12 hrs of driving, only got the rooms so that we could get a good rest before another long drive in the following day. I got zero sleep. The TV had been disconnected from the back in every way. Once I figured out how to connect it, I could not get the volume control to work...I NEEDED THE TV IN THE HOPES OF DROWNING OUT THE SOUNDS OF THE DOOR AND LOUD MUSIC FROM THE STAFF IN THE LAUNDRY & CLEANING AREA NEXT TO ROOM. In short, nobody slept, the rooms were a waste of money, I slept so little that ai had to get rooms just 5 hours out instead of the 12 that ai am typically capable of driving. Getting both sets of rooms cost over $800, solely because I chose this hotel. Consider your options carefully. I left very unhappy, untested, exhausted, unrefreshed. Others were discussing the doors quite openly and they were on upper floors on the other end of the building. Staff seemed unconcerned when I mentioned these things upon checkout. Not happy with this CHOICE.
