Disappointing management
The house is in a great locationthe pool is nice. It was evident that the house had not been occuppied or cleaned in quite some time. We found trails of food crumbs under the couches and in kitchen making it a german roach haven. We found dust filled air filters that clearly hadn't been changed in months. Open safety pins found on floors.
Property mgmt (360 blue) has no direct number to a live person, so we had to drive down to the office. After waiting in lobby for 30 minutes someone finally showed up to the office. They sent cleaners out to clean our first vacation day. After 4 hours of cleaning the house was finally clean. Still had roach issues & with a 9 month old crawling baby, this was problematic. The 2nd day of our vacation they sent the pest out at 830 am. We were told by the pest people we should leave the house for 6 hours. They also had to pour something down all the drains because there were pipe flies. The chemical the pest people poured in drains was so strong it ruined the kitchen sink and ate the fiberglass off the master tub, which led to cleaners coming again. During our stay the downstairs shower light and fan sparked and stopped working. The washing machine had so much mold & mildew the smell made it unusable. The biggest issue with our stay was the fact we couldn't reach the property mgmt. The house was nice but HORRIBLE management. If it were our house, we would find another management company. This company isn't taking care of this house.
