Incredible property for a relaxing weekend. Make sure you reserve time to enjoy the amenities. Several amazing restaurant, shops, and cafes minutes away,
Well, we found something magical when we went to this resort we thought we were in a beautiful part of Mexico. When you first drive up in the neighborhood, you will not expect this resort to be there but we were totally amazed from the minute we walked in the spa the hotel room, the staff and especially the food was amazing. Definitely a must stay.
Cannot recommend it enough! Whether by yourself or with the group you will enjoy this. Such a great area, totally walkable, lots of restaurants and nightlife! It is a must do!
Room was spacious, clean, and looked nice. The hotel is near a ton of great food and coffee spots. Overall, experience was great.
You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by.
Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.
Thought and care in every detail. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. BEWARE! Access to the pool, hot tub, out door fire, “thermal mineral spring”, sauna, steam room and additional pools cost extra. The “unlimited pass” is linked to your stay severely limiting your access or 3hr pass is your other option. Optimizing our time in the pools took away from our overall experience. Also advertised a discount / free group work out class. It was NOT free. In the end spent significantly more than planned and just wanted to get out of there and not given them any more money. Will visit the pools again but will not stay the night.
My wife and I stayed here on our last night of our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to stay to end our trip. First off, the room was fantastic, it felt cozy and comfortable and was just the right size for us. The vibe in the room and hotel was very calm, welcoming, and cozy. We also got a 3-hour pass to the thermal spa area. The spa offered multiple temperatures and types of pools, including an area reserved for quiet, no talking, so you can truly take some time to relax and clear your head. It was, again, perfect.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
The only downside is parking, it was difficult to find a spot. We eventually did, but it was stressful for an out of town era who hadn’t been to Portland before. Other than that it was a lovely experience.
My wife and I stayed here for a stay-cation and the whole atmosphere is amazing. The lighting is relaxed and the vibe is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and will be sure to answer any questions you have. The sauna, steamroom, cold plunge pool, hot tubs, mineral pools are all on point. There's flip-flops and robes ready in your room, and laundry also
What an amazing experience. I felt so renewed after my short stay and planned my next visit while I was there. Time spent here is an absolute gift to yourself! Rooms, spa, restaurant, location- just perfect. My new go-to spot for a local staycation.
Cozy rooms, wonderful neighborhood, customer service was great, spa was divine, Alberta St Coffee Shop was AMAZING (Will went above and beyond for us), lots of walkable shops and delicious food nearby. We will absolutely be back.
Absolutely loved my stay at the Cascade Hotel! The neighborhood location is perfect—walkable, vibrant, and gives you a true Portland experience. The hotel itself is top-notch, with 5-star amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. One of the absolute highlights was the thermal springs—an unforgettable experience and a must-visit for anyone staying here. I’ll definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really allows you to fully unwind. It's such a pleasant place that I would come back anytime. I also loved that the room had a washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher, such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which can be quite busy (I feel a little bad for the residents!).
Definitely recommend this place!
