“From the moment we arrived Roberta made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and after the welcome drink we were shown our amazing room with views on every side. “The staff were really friendly when we arrived and the rooms were large, and beds comfortable enough. However, the sink was leaking in the room, which had a towel placed under it, so I sense the staff were aware of the leak. Despite us staying in October time, it was quite noisy within the hotel and it woke us multiple times in the night. You could hear chairs being scraped across tiles and other rooms using their toilets. Therefore I don’t think the rooms are greatly soundproofed. In spite of……
