We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too.

This hotel was ok. The beds were comfortable, however, our room had some differed maintenance (faucet on sink was lose, shower diverter didn’t work right, etc). There was also a moldy / mildew smell in the bathroom and we couldn’t really run the wall ac unit because it also smelled of mold / mildew. We ended up using the hot tub one evening and the pool area appeared well maintained.
