Providence Forge Vacations from $513

I booked a room with a large jacuzzi tub as shown in the pictures did not get it we ended up with a regular size tub yes it had jets but not what we wanted. Second the parking was awful the individuals next door to us took over every parking spot out front of our building which made it so that we had to carry two sleeping toddlers across the parking lot because 1 apartment took up the whole parking in front of our building. Also we got a room on the second floor which we were perfectly fine with not our first time as we come down here every year but to their sister resorts. With out even being asked we were switched to another room because it was down stairs. If asked we would have chosen to stay in the upstairs room in the back side. Not very happy with our stay and will be rethinking about staying here ever again.

The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact with her manager thus was unable to make a quick decision.

The staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean everything worked and very clean. I enjoyed staying here. I will be back the next time I am in Richmond.
