It was like a Holiday Inn hotel room had a kitchen living area added on to it. It was clean, and we liked having a washer and dryer in our villa. The salt pool was warm and a slight to swim in.
The only downside was they were very persistent in their effort to sell their club membership. Definetly felt stalked.
What ruined it for me was the airbnb style checkout, and you have to work through the check list of gathering towels, taking out trash, loading dishwasher, etc... All in all those aren't big things, but when you are trying to pack up, wrangle kids, and hit the road by a specific time, it's stressful.

The valet, Eric, was amazing and very knowledgeable! Always had a smile on his face and was great to talk with.
The bartender was also very friendly! Room was nice and spacious.

VERY INTERESTING TO SEE. WAS THERE 40 YEARS AGO AND THINGS HAVE CHANGE SO MUCH, CHECK OUT THE FERRY RIDE THERE NEXT TO THE PARK THAT HEADS OVER TO THE TOWN OF SURRY, MY DAUGHTER LOVED HER FIRST FERRY BOAT RIDE

Great place to learn about the events and people who planted the seeds of America today. Exhibits on the first slaves and native American volunteers who showed life as it was then and their stories are truly engaging. A full day of learning from the collection and outside exhibits. Only complaint: super overpriced bad cafeteria food.
