“The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.”

“While the room was mostly clean the furnishing arrangement was not good. - The end of the king-sized bed was about 18inches apart from the wide concession shelf with drawers, fridge and desk, making it difficult to walk between those furnishings. There was plenty of space which could have been used to set it up and leave more accessibility. The bed was dreadfully soft and bumpy. The harbour front view was noisy due to ships and cars on the road below.. --- The access to the main entrance is off...

“I was not happy with the accessibility. They had a photo of the lift in the pool and because my daughter is in a wheelchair I booked it. The lift was broken and had been since, at least, 2022. Also the accessible doors coming in from the back entrance where accessible parking was were not working. They also only cleaned the room once a week, because it’s longterm stay. They did promise they would come change a bed if needed because my daughter is incontinent but then gave me a hard time about it...
