"Inside generally good. One of the two double bedrooms had a mattress that was completely worn and very uncomfortable. Needs changing.Outside front and back are very unwelcoming. High weeds on entry at the front give an impression of a run down property. All windows in the property needed cleaning, very dirty. The back garden and 'patio' area where completely unacceptable. Overgrown weeds(waist high) made it inaccessible. The grass lawn area could not be used as it was so overgrown. This was particularly poor when you have children who would have liked to use the garden. Instead we had to keep the door locked and not use the garden at all. Parking is pot luck and we had to park in ajoining streets, not ideal when packing and unpacking. Overall the house inside was fair but outside made the whole experience one that we would not recommend to others.Note:- App wouldn't let me download photos."

Little disappointed that they suddenly stopped serving food just when we went down which meant we had try and and find something last minute but other than that it was ideal for our needs. "Picked this place as have a little one, a year old. Makes life easier in a self contained place, rather then a hotel or bnb. Easy check in. The instructions given was very good, and clear communication. Very clean. Handy having a fridge, microwave and utensils. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Parking was good. Outside the place. It is restricted with times, 6pm to 8am allowed to park, but you have a two hour grace, so technically you could park at 4pm till 10am. Everything is near by, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is not far and the creative quarters. I would definitely stay again."
