“This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland.”

“The location was terrific, the driveway parking good and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy and they had good quality linens and bath towels. The main problem was a broken combination door lock which was remedied on the second day by giving us keys. Until then it was hit or miss, mostly miss, on trying to get in the unit. The other problem was the bathtub did not come with a rubber mat for the bottom of the tub. There were no strips and the surface was very smooth and slick. We……

“Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright.”

“This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. Thank you for the wonderful stay.”

The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.”
