"after reading negative views about the property i was concerned about what to expect when i arrived. it did not take long to dismiss my concerns. the room i was given had been remodeled. no carpets. there were signs all over warning of repairs in progress. anytime i needed information or requested assistance, the staff responded immediately. i have only one problem. when we are told that breakfast is available, i expect more than a muffin and a cup of coffee. people should know in advance what...

Despite the early arrival they had a room for us and went out of their way to accommodate our bikes and gear. We were warm, dry, found dining and groceries withjn walking distance, and slept well."

"My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend."
