The hotel was economical comparatively and good for a night stay pre and post our flight. The shuttle service and parking were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the setting was quiet. Free breakfast was a bonus. Some of the furniture in rooms were torn or stained...need to be replaced. The semi-frequent sound of airplanes overhead was hard to miss while I was awake but wasn't an issue while I slept. There was plenty of space for parking. This wasn't a big deal for me so I didn't bring it up with the staff, but I feel confident that they would've accounted for this if I mentioned it. The shuttle from the Rochester airport was quick and easy, but once we got to the hotel, the experience went downhill. Their system was down so there were no room keys and any time I needed to leave my room, i had to ask the front desk to open my door. All the vending machines were broken and there was no food or water bottles available. The shuttle driver/receptionist gave me a sprite, which was appreciated, but that combined with the room having multiple stains on everything and being on the dirtier side, is definitely overpriced for what they are able to offer.
