Gorgeous View Motel was perfect. We wanted something close to downtown Watkins Glen and this location’s added view and fair rate made it an easy pick. We were greeted on arrival with a friendly and convenient check-in. Room was simple and clean.

Excellent value for the price, and it lives up to its name (Gorgeous View). Very thin partition walls mean guests can hear their neighbors and vice versa.

What you see is what you get. Would definitely stay again. Good value. Exceptionally clean. Great view of Seneca Lake. No frills. Straight-out of the 60's (which we enjoyed). Drive-up motel without room service, breakfast, pool, etc. Vehicle required. Not within reasonable walking distance of Watkins Glen.
