"Our room was next to the lift, no good on the first night ( noise pollution) . The front desk kindly re roomed us on the 2nd night. Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. Excellent location. Highly recommend. Not room 236 though. Can't be perfect now can it. Peace"

The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival.
