4/5 - Good
Good meal at nearby restaurant, though it was not the Denny's near the casino. Owner Flor is excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. We would stay there again if and when we return to Costa Rica.

Perfect location for our very short stay in San Jose. 5 minutes from the airport, free airport shuttle from the car rental place, which was next to the hotel. Good breakfast too!

Just what we needed....a hotel as a transition from a late night flight to transportation to the rainforest. The dining options within walking distrance are limited.

It was just as good as any other expensive hotel but much cheaper. The rooms were clean and nice and it was easy to walk around the area as well.

Just wanted to say the bed pillows are very uncomfortable. We suggest something softer.

Rio Segundo is alright. Nothing wrong with the area at all. Good place to look into Costa Rican history. I'm just not much of a city person myself.
The area is not very nice, but the hotel security is very good and there was no need to get out
We spent two nights in Rio Segundo, when we first arrived in Costa Rica, and again, as we were leaving. Because of its proximity to the SJO Airport, Rio Segundo is a great jumping off spot for visiting the rest of the country.
Great place to crash on your way to Pavones to surf! 10 out 10 for surfing!
Close to airport. Nearby casino was really odd. Only let you bet max bet. Only way to fix it was get small denominations, then go ahead and max bet. After that you can repeat bet,
