You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A quiet country setting on a working grape farm.

This is a duplex; the location is at the back of the house. It has a private driveway, entrance, yard, and firepit. We offer four bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom and both bathrooms are downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are available. Also included is fire pit with wood, plenty of chairs, a charcoal BBQ grill and a furnished covered porch. The heat and air conditioning are controlled by our guests. There are ample country roads for biking, running or walking. This is a country location with well water, we have recently added a whole house chlorinating water treatment system.

Perfect family getaway
We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!

A grape vineyard delight
What a serene and beautiful place in the middle of a grape vineyard and fruit trees. The porch was delightful to watch sunrises and sunsets and the house was HGTV quality decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture. Already booked our return.

Very nice old farmhouse in a beautiful setting on vineyard. The house was extremely clean and has everything you need for your get away. The property manager was very clear with her communication. We will stay here again on our next trip over to Lake Erie!

This was a very nice place in the vineyards of NY. Eagles soaring overhead and close to beaches of Lake Erie. There was an issue getting checked in but the hosts were quick to remedy the situation and get us into the property.

This property reminded my husband of his grandmother’s farm and was very close to our old farm on Black Road. We enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful location. Also the weather as it is 109° in Fort Worth where we visited from. There is a large step into the living room so I would not recommend for disabled travelers

If you want to stay in the country this is the spot. Very quiet old farm house. We felt very safe.
Vineyards everywhere. House is about 20 minutes from the city of Erie. Only draw back is rooms are very small.

The property is clean cute and tucked away.
We chose this place for it's proximity to a mud run event. The beds were comfortable and it was so clean!! This is coming from some super neat freak women. It had all the amenities we needed to relax, rejuvenate and bond. The shower was good and hot after our run. We Loved our stay!

Wendy - Another great stay in one of your properties. We enjoyed this property as much as your other VRBO that we stayed in last Fall. This property is shared-the house is a duplex!! It was not listed as this when we Rented it !! If you like very rustic you will like this house !!! The owner came over to tell us we can’t walk in the front yard it’s for the other half of the house, they live right next to the house! She also said we didn’t pay enough and sent us a bill for more money ...because we had 4 kids (8 total) ages 14-3....it actually ended up costing way more per night than what was listed !!! There’s a map telling you where you’re allowed to walk, there’s stickers on the mirror telling you to wash your face before you go to bed so you don’t stain the sheets .... if you like being watched and controlled by the owner then rent this house!!! The fridge is from 1980 it makes a loud screeching noise all night !! Not worth the money .... everything looks clean but it’s just lipstick on a pig!!!
