facilities. Breakfast there was plenty of choice. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. If I was being very picky the only complaint we had was the evening meal portions were very small for the price that we paid. Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying."

"Lovely clean property in a gorgeous location in Salcombe. All the staff were friendly and our room had a partial view of the estuary which was lovely. The parking is a bit off putting as it’s on a steep slope and limited but the staff do take care of that when you arrive and can park your car for you. I had to ask for our beds to be twinned on 3 different occasions. Not the end of the world we still had a lovely stay. Loved the

Fantastic snippets of a proud history and insights to a bygone era while sufficiently modern to provide the comforts and facilities expected in a modern hotel. "My stay was lovely, we stayed in a junior suite with amazing Seaview had a couple of cobwebs and the furniture was slightly worn but loved the room. The swimming pool and Sauna was dated but had a nice swim. Breakfast was amazing, staff very helpful all in all amazing place to stay xx"
