“Charming little cottage, perfect for our short stay in the area! It is beautiful inside and very fresh and new feeling. My husband and I were quite comfortable while staying here and especially enjoyed the river access after spending the morning hiking. (The only thing that would have made the river better would be some camp chairs to sit in.) The cottage is fully furnished with thoughtful extras thrown in. Very clean and no smells (good or bad). The kitchen is fully equipped. A/C and ceiling……

“We couldn't have asked for a better property or location. The cabin is beautiful, everything we did was within a 10 mile drive, we had 5 adults and 2 kiddos and everyone had their own beds and room to not be crammed. Would definitely recommend”

“We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring……

“Wow! From the time we walked in to the time we left we felt this home and its host's offered everything for a perfect relaxing time. The house was spotless and had every amenity imagined. Very clean. Each room was perfect! Everyone had their own private space while all the gathering spots (game room, movie room, and large kitchen / dining / living room, and porch) felt like they were there to bring you together.The hosts were easily reachable and made sure we had any question answered quickly,……

“We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to escape the hustle of the main street in Pigeon Forge, but also so close to it that we didn't have to spend much time in the car going out. The beds were comfortable. The queen bedroom had a chalk wall that was fun for my son and a train set. The backyard for our dog was ok, it's a steep hill, but it's the mountains, so everywhere is a hill. The couches could use updating as they were not very comfy. But otherwise, everything was great!”

“We came to the area for a family reunion. When we were done with the reunion and came to this beautiful, scenic oasis, what a treat. It gave all of us a chance to just take in the beauty and just relax. We didn’t need any of the activities that were available, we all just sat and enjoyed the downtime…. We loved it .”

“The Mitchell Cabin is a gem! The property and views are stunning. My family and I loved watching the goats on the neighboring farm each morning. The loft is not useable however an air mattress and the pull out couch worked for our family of four. A wonderful stay! ”
