“We had an excellent stay! The communication with the host was outstanding and made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was absolutely fabulous for attending a concert at Gillette Stadium—easy access and very convenient. The property itself was spotless, and the amenities went above and beyond what we expected. Beds were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. “Overall this is an amazing spot. It is basically a hotel suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for us. Everything else pictured is in the building but not the room. Do not miss the view from the observation deck. You can see the building from almost everywhere in Boston! ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
