"So my stay here actually started off good however my AC stopped working and even though the lady at the front desk was really helpful the service people in that hotel could not fix the issue. I was then told they would have to move me to another hotel under their brand which was supposedly a 5 start hotel due to the Parioli being fully occupied. I was open to this because the room was extremely hot. To my horror I got to the 2nd hotel called La Griffe, and the AC was also not working in the room...
