“Das Hotel Delle Civette überzeugt auf ganzer Linie! Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und der Service ist wirklich erstklassig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zudem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, was für Rom wirklich angenehm ist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!”

“交通方便，近Bologna metro，附近有好多好吃的餐廳及面包店，早餐可以去喝咖啡及面包，不用在酒店吃，費用貴之餘€13, 冇什麼好吃。Internet 也可以。睡房比較細，未能放下大行李。不會員工服務非常好。”

Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. “Nuestra estadía fue muy buena en el hostal. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y fue resulto inmediatamente. La habitación muy cómoda limpia y funcional. Lo mejor, la ubicación de la hostal. Al lado del metro y de la estación de trenes. Esto nos permitió aprovechar nuestra estadía al máximo y con mucha comodidad. La host, muy buena. Nos esperó para hacer el check in más de 3 horas y nos entregó la información necesaria para encontrar el hostal sin perder tiempo.”
