Excellence Suite
"Our stay was good with no major issues. We were on the 3rd floor, and the room had a private bathroom and AC. The building has an external elevator, which was very helpful for bringing our luggage up. The property is essentially just a room, with no additional amenities. Reception is only open for a few hours in the morning, but communication through WhatsApp was very helpful and convenient. Kevin at the front desk was especially helpful, professional, and polite, and answered every question we had. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and Italian coffee shops nearby, so finding breakfast was easy. The area is also very quiet, which was wonderful. One important thing to know, however, is that regular cars cannot drive directly to the property. Only taxis, Uber/Lyft, or residents can access the street. We had to park at Ludovic Parking, about a block away, and carry our luggage to the property, which was quite a hassle. If I had known beforehand that we couldn’t even drive up to the door to unload our luggage, I probably would not have booked this property. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a kettle with tea bags, a coffee maker with espresso pods, and a small refrigerator, although it didn’t cool very well. There was no microwave. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location, quiet surroundings, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and helpful staff were all positives. Reception hours are limited!!"
Hotel Artemide
"The hotel was very central and convenient. The breakfast was top tier. The staff were super friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
Condotti Boutique Hotel
"We had a wonderful stay overall, primarily thanks to the unbeatable location. Stepping right out into the heart of the area made exploring effortless, with top restaurants l, shops and cafes just a short walk away. If your priority is spending your time out and about rather than lounging in your room, the spot is hard to beat. That being said, the rooms are definitely on the small side. Space is at a premium, so packing light is a must if you want to avoid tripping over your luggage. The sleeping area and bathroom leave very little room to maneuver, though everything was clean and functional for a place to crash at night. If you do not mind cozy quarters in exchange for ultimate convenience, this place works well, but it might feel a bit tight for anyone wanting extra breathing room or traveling with large bags."
Hotel Madison

Hotel Splendide Royal - The Leading Hotels of the World
"This is a beautiful hotel. The location is great within walking distance to some of the major attractions. I booked this hotel because of the restaurant and the location. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked about the rooftop bar and the restaurant and the front desk told me that they would check to see if there was even a reservation available… That to me was a bit frustrating since I’m spending a lot to stay at this hotel. We were able to get an early reservation at the rooftop bar and when we arrived, no one was there, but we were given a very poor location. I really had to push a little to get a good spot to have a good view of the sunset. I was told that a lot of places book early for this rooftop bar and restaurant. I would think they would give priority to their hotel guests that was not the case. The next night we had a reservation at the restaurant that we had booked in person and was told we would have one table, but then was given another table in the back when I once again mentioned, that’s not what we were told by Laura in the afternoon the day before they give us a little better spot but again was told that a lot of concierge book this restaurant and location for their guests. I guess my Main recommendation would be if you were staying at this hotel to make sure if you wanna enjoy these beautiful amenities, the rooftop bar and the restaurant. Make sure you book your reservations well in advance. Both gentlemen that work the entrance were the best. Front desk 🙁"
