“I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Rome early, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. “The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. If you like to walk, you can get to many of the key attractions of Rome. The furthest we walked is to Vatican……

“Etagenhotel in der Nähe der XX Sept. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann viel von hier aus laufen. Viele Cafés und Restaurants außenrum. Zimmer war toll. Sauber und alles, was man braucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist allerdings das Personal. Wahnsinn nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do.”

“酒店位置虽然不是罗马最好的地段，但是绝对超值！进入酒店就是大气的大堂和前台，这个在古老的罗马所有的酒店中是很难得的！打车到中央火车站不到20欧元，还可以用导航一路步行回酒店～ 酒店的大堂用的是高大上的香薰，味道非常好！房间里打扫卫生也很勤，很安静！”
