“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……

“Room is authentic and beautiful as what they showed on the website. Owners are very nice and friendly. We got a problem with printing out our air tickets. Got their help there nicely.”

“We only stayed for one night, but the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate our bags, and making us feel welcome. The room itself was small and would be best for shorter stays. Had a minor issue with the shower in our room. Overall a beautiful hotel with a rooftop lounge and great breakfast. But the highlight for us was our interactions with the staff.”

“Etagenhotel in der Nähe der XX Sept. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann viel von hier aus laufen. Viele Cafés und Restaurants außenrum. Zimmer war toll. Sauber und alles, was man braucht. Besonders erwähnenswert ist allerdings das Personal. Wahnsinn nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Absoutley lovely hotel!! Amazing staff, so accommodating and friendly. Loved the room and the balcony was an extra added touch that made it perfect! Good location to local stores, little cafes/restaurants. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would 100% come back! ”

“We didn’t have a chance to taste the breakfast, as our schedules didn’t match. But there are a lot of small grocery shops nearby with an excellent choice of produce. What was very nice is that the kitchen was always available to make a cap of espresso or borrow a plate. and it was always clean! ”
