“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……

“We only stayed for one night, but the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate our bags, and making us feel welcome. The room itself was small and would be best for shorter stays. Had a minor issue with the shower in our room. Overall a beautiful hotel with a rooftop lounge and great breakfast. But the highlight for us was our interactions with the staff.”
