We recently stayed at Via Veneto Luxury Suites with our children ( 4 and 12), and it exceeded every single expectation! Giorgio gave us fantastic family-friendly restaurant recommendations and helped us coordinate effortless transit around the city. We cannot wait to return!”

“When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a……

“Fantastisk opplevelse, og helt sinnsykt serviceinnstilt personale. Rommene er rene, sengene er gode, frokosten har godt utvalg med fersk kaffe. Utrolig hjelpsomme og blide mennesker som jobber der. Vi bestod av 6 personer fordelt på en uke, vi kunne ikke fått et bedre opphold. 10 av 10.”

“因为停车非常非常非常不方便，所以我们没有车；因为没有车，退房前一天让酒店工作人员帮忙约了第二天的出租车；因为意大利人不靠谱，定在早9点的出租车到了9点45还没来。因为出租没来，我们在酒店外苦苦等待；因为等的时间太久，我的相机包在7、8个人的眼皮子底下被人偷了；因为追小偷，我的脚骨折了。没找这家酒店索赔，就算是表示我大国子民的胸襟吧。”
