“房間很乾淨，老闆跟櫃臺人員很親切 (除了第一天的櫃臺人員不大會說英語，溝通比較不便之外) 另外，櫃臺在2樓，第一次來可能不是很容易找到”

“Everything was excellent, with the only exception being the music played over the loudspeakers in the hotel’s common areas at midnight is unnecessary.”

“FCO 機場與酒店距離坐的士大約半個鐘、有洗碗機、每日清理房間、只需3分鐘步程到巴士站到市中心，好方便。酒店贈送一個tiramisu 甜品班，好味！Check out 服務員還可以幫我call taxi.”

“Bonus for the early check in, however everything beyond that was sub par. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was VERY noisy outside, but the wooden shutters did help block some of it out. We booked specifically for the roof deck bar/restaurant, if you can call it that. It was never open when we tried to go there over the two night stay. We were however able to sit there and enjoy the views which were nice. The area is not a good one, it is in Travestere, but not on the side of the main road……

“隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！”

“距離機場近, 跟市區交通的連接也可以。附近食肆選擇也幾乎沒有。因較低層, 早上繁忙時間外面車聲比較嘈吵。但前台員工的服務及回應不錯。算是性價比高又舒適的酒店。”
