“We had an exceptional stay at the Hotel The Haven in when staying in Rome. The staff was so welcoming upon our arrival and everything was just fabulous. The room was spacious and beautiful, the bed was comfortable. The amenities were so nice, we felt like royalty! The breakfast service each morning was great!! We couldn't ask for anthing more! “Staff was outstanding and promptly answered all my questions asked through WhatsApp. Knowing they were there to help if needed removed a lot of stress. We messaged when we arrived early and were welcomed in right away to leave our luggage until the room was ready. The room was really nice and spacious. Would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes but the luggage open closet sufficed. King size bed was an absolute treat! I would definitely stay there again.”
