DESCRIPTION
This beach bungalow is in an ideal North Pacific Beach location, close to all and steps to the beach. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ and outdoor dining accommodations near the ocean. Whether it’s a romantic getaway or a family trip, this location could not be better; it's just a one-minute walk to Pacific Beach and the boardwalk

The home has an open floor plan that invites conversations between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms share bright and colorful décor.

Step outside the French doors to an outdoor dining area with a large table, chairs, and shade umbrella where you can grill your favorite meals on the gas BBQ. In the evenings, there is nothing better than to gather around the cozy fire table while the sun sets over the ocean. This is a place you'll want to return to year after year.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in all rooms, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of all household/bath soaps and paper goods.

The house was just like it was advertised. Clean, well kept, plenty of room and and located in a perfect location. I have been to Pacific Beach several time and stay in this general area. By far this has been the best. We will stay here again.

Girl getaway

This property was clean and comfortable! Plenty of room to enjoy indoor or out. The location to the beach was amazing and only a short walk from all the restaurants, shopping, and evening activities you might be interested in. Great place for couples or a group of friends. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly and it was obvious that the locals consider it a great surfing location. Beach was clean and o my a short walk across the street.

Amazing proximity to the beach

This was a great location for my family. We loved how close it is to the beach. Everything as advertised. The texts and emails I received leading up to the stay were helpful. I didn't see anything in the VRBO listing about beach stuff being available, so I brought what I had from home. To our surprise there was an umbrella, shade toys, and chairs. So that was helpful as well.

Family reunion

Great location close to the beach And the boardwalk. Not much of a view from the house since the hedge grew up but a nice park not far to watch the sunset. Parking for one car only and lots of cars coming and going so street parking not always available close by. House was great for having people over for dinner or bbq or just hanging out.

Excellent Place

This property was great! Would definitely recommend it. The beach was a short distance away, which we appreciated. Communication was quick and easy. We had a small issue with bathroom and it was taken care of within a half an hour. I received texts checking with us to make sure everything was good and we had what we needed! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be doing it this way again!

Short Notice Family Trip

The property is immaculate and exactly as it's shown in the photos. I'm originally from SD so I'm very familiar with the area but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the street was at night even on the weekends. I was equally impressed with Bluewater's customer service, the company was very attentive during the course of our stay and treated us like VIPs. We had such a great experience that we decided to make this an annual family trip before our kids sports get going for the year.

Excellent loacation and clean nice property with easy beach access

Everything was as expected. Only drawback was very “hotel like” amenities for a one week high end rental. You need to bring your own shampoo, bath soap, napkin,s, Kleenex, Saran Wrap, foil, baggies, spices, oils, condiments etc. If you are a real cook you might also want to bring special gadgets and better frying pans, as the cookware is pretty basic. You will also need your own log ins for Netflix, cable etc. Otherwise you are all set and you’ll have a great time.

Very Close to the Beach

We have stayed in San Diego many times, but has been a few years since our last visit; we were surprised to find that the beach was not very well maintained; this was very disappointing. The large accumulation of seaweed and garbage attracted a lot of bugs. The location of this house was perfect in many ways. Easy walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The layout of the house worked very well for us too. The reason I am giving 4/5 stars for cleanliness is because when we went to open the sofa sleeper, there was popcorn and crumbs all over the mattress. Also, the carpets were apparently cleaned within hours of our arrival; this sounds nice, but it took days for the carpet to dry and had a musty old smell to it.

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

This adorable cottage was perfectly placed, a block from the beach and boardwalk, and half a block from Mission Blvd -- convenient to everything. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a VERY roomy living room, dining room, kitchen -- all beachy and cute. A sitting area with fire pit in front (with an ocean view), another table and chairs in back. And the kitchen was VERY well stocked. So well stocked, in fact, that I was able to host Thanksgiving dinner for ten without any trouble at all. There were also lots of windows, the front door, and a set of French doors out to the back patio, so we were able to pull in the ocean breezes and hear the waves. Just fabulous. The management company was great to work with also. Because it was Thanksgiving week, they provided a roasting pan and a turkey baster, plus spices and sparkling cider. When we were too dumb to get the fire pit started, they texted back immediately with instructions. Easy in. Easy out. Very well-run outfit. In case it's not obvious, I highly recommend this lovely property. We will definitely be back!

Getaway for Mother’s 60th birthday

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space welcoming and functional, which made settling in very easy. The location was convenient for our trip, and we appreciated the little touches that made us feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to unwind.

Fantastic location mere steps from Law St. Beach/Ocean and overlook!

This is our second stay at this property when traveling for business. The property is 2 houses off the ocean/beach and even has a sliver view of the ocean from the living room. Most important is the location. Law St. beach is "enough" away (but close enough) from all the action in Pacific Beach. It is about a .3 miles to the main restaurant area. The beach (accessible by a easy access ramp) is about 100-150 yards away. Pics likely show this, but one of our favorite parts is sitting at the fire pit/outdoor seating and just people watching. This street has lots of (good) foot traffic-- surfers heading down, yoga revelers (they gather on the overlook that is 100 yards away), beach goers-- it is fantastic. Can't say enough good about this location/property. We've met the owners as well (they visit the adjacent portion of the home on occasion/off-weekends-- they are really good people. I wish I traveled here more than every two years-- I miss this house when I'm away. Don't think twice, you'll love it.

Great Place Close to Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The amenities were great and made our stay easy. It's the perfect place for a small family to stay and not have to worry about parking and driving anywhere.
