“We enjoyed our stay. Accommodation were great and had everything we needed. The pool was nice. We were in walking distance to all the downtown hot spots. Building on the outside is a little dated, but who cares? Everything was great!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It's cozy and comfortable with awesome Palm Springs vibes. The property is spotless and very well equipped.....the owners have thought of everything a person could need! The bed is very comfortable with nice crisp linen. I couldn't ask for better or nicer accomodations.”

“This condo was clean, bright, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Location and views were wonderful. Bryan, the host, was responsive and helpful. We did have some problems with the pool/spa heat, but it was eventually fixed, and we received a refund for the days when the heater did not work. We liked the fact that the condo had two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a separate TV room. The TVs all had access to popular streaming channels. All in all, a great place to stay in Palm……

The location is awesome, overlooking the pool & hot tub, with the mountains as a back drop, on the second floor. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. The grounds are very well kept. The condo itself was super clean, with all the amenties you ever need while on vacation. If you're considering renting this condo, have no fear, it's well worth it!!”

“We really liked the main floor unit and nice patio for morning coffee. The condo is nicely equipped with many kitchen extras, plenty of fluffy towels and a super updated ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The complex has a beautiful pool area with a laundry room a short walk to the lobby area. We used the barbecues available to residents also situated by the pool/hot tub. There are neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. Most Palm Springs dining is a very short drive away, as is Ralphs for……

“This condo was in an excellent location for walking to downtown Palm Springs. The sunrises from the balcony were amazing. Rowena went above & beyond answering all our questions & making our stay comfortable. she deserves a 10! The unit itself is a little worn but everything else made up for that. We will definitely be back. ”

“This unit is better than many condos here. The Deauville is about 40 years old, so expect some quirks. Allow a few days adjustment to acquaint yourself... it grows on you. If anything goes wrong, Grady is a phone call away. He always responded quickly and resolved any issues we had. 5 stars for Grady!”

“We had a lovely 3 months at the very new condominium at the Riv. It is designed beautifully and just like the photos, maybe better. Michael was very responsive and great to deal with . Its in an easy location to get around anywhere in Palm Springs.”

“I had some issue when checking but the staff is very patient to help me resolve the problem at the end, the facility is very clean and apartment is spacious. The pools are plus, huge and beautiful. Will definitely come back another time”
