“It was honestly the lack of hot water showers took forever to get warm and then it wasn't even hott. And the biggest attraction was the pool but it cost so much to heat that's it is not an available option. And my kids did muster the courage to go into the cold water but the slide for some reason didn't slide very well and they had to push themselves down the slide. So that was a bummer....... The house is beautiful well laid out, very quiet neighborhood. I just wish something could be done……

“This property is stunning- I wish it was my home. The building is gorgeous, the plants on the property are lush and there are hummingbirds everywhere! The room was excellent: comfortable king bed, great pillows, clean, modern bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Robes and good towels. The pool was great, small for lounging, not really for laps. It's heated, so not chilly to get into. The daily breakfast was wonderfully fresh and had many options- there was nothing we were missing. The……

“Very old and stinky property, we could not stay there ”

“Property and Location was spacious. Carol, our host met with me at property.She became frustrated with me when explaining how to turn on lazy river. This set the tone on how approachable she was when we had other concerns on the property. Queen casita was dirty/sticky floors. Several TVs on property did not turn on. Although there were more than one jacuzzis, not all of them worked (3of them). Game room had some non-working games. One game needed quarters to be used. Bikes on property all……

“Poorly ran and a dangerous place to stay! For a VRBO, there were no extra linens, and only 6 towels for 2 of us for 12 days, 2 rolls of TP, cat crap in the gravel garden space, cabinet doors that opened into the way of ceiling fan blades, fridge door that opens the wrong way, landscape crew that starts work at 7:30am & wakes U up during vacation and leaves the cuttings and debris in front the door and walkway for an hour and a half or more (we finally left before it got cleaned up) The coffee……

“The location was great however the finishes done badly and were very worn. The units were surrounded by a sandy lot front back and sides so sand was constantly being brought into the room. There was no place to set anything, only 2 hooks in the whole place and even the closet only had a lower rod so nothing long could be hung like dresses. The bathroom only had one sink that was normal in size but had basically no counter space for toiletries and the laminate flooring was installed very badly so……
