“Villa La Serena certainly lived up to our expectations based on the description and photos on the site. It is a truly breathtaking location and the villa was very well equipped with everything our group of 9 could need. “It was honestly the lack of hot water showers took forever to get warm and then it wasn't even hott. And the biggest attraction was the pool but it cost so much to heat that's it is not an available option. And my kids did muster the courage to go into the cold water but the slide for some reason didn't slide very well and they had to push themselves down the slide. So that was a bummer....... The house is beautiful well laid out, very quiet neighborhood. I just wish something could be done……

“This place is super rundown. It’s may be good for one night, but it was completely thick with dust underneath the bed. Also, you should know that the bedroom shows a wall with the communities laundry so you will hear the laundry spinning around and around, especially if there are shoes in it The windows are also considerably flimsy. They look like plastic they could easily be broken in for a hotel prices, I expect hotel quality. The location is great, but I would never stay here again.”
