“Perfect hotel as usual”

“When I arrived, it was 108°, and they informed me that the swimming pool would be closed for the next couple of days. A hotel in Palm Springs with a swimming pool closed. Hum. That information was not made available at the time of the booking. When I entered my room and took my shoes off, I found that the carpet was soaking wet with water. Apparently, the air conditioning unit in the room had leaked for some time. When I called the front desk and informed them, not once did they apologize. The……

“Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year ”

“Will (the host) was quick to answer questions and provided very good instructions. The location was great, we liked the mutliple outdoor spaces especially off the kitchen/family room it was private and looked good for pets. :) There is a community pool we used a few times as well.”
