"The unit is nice, with a few minor problems. Only one washcloth in the bathroom which they asked us about after our stay. We absolutely did not take a washcloth, I believe that has been cleared up. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working, which for my wife is a problem. Unlike many Vrbo’s back in the states there was no useful information in the unit. No loacal shops, restaurants, grocery store etc..When we arrived at the apartment there was not even a sheet listing such basics as WiFi...

"The view from this hotel is amazing. The beds were comfortable and there is no need for AC because the mountains are cool at night. Staff were friendly but I didn't find them overly helpful, having to request information instead of it being offered freely but that seems to be a Costa Rican trait, not specific to this lodge. There isn't much to this place except beautiful views unless you book one of the tours. I didn't but later wished that I had. My biggest concern is that you must have...

"We enjoyed the cabin; it was perfect for our needs. It might have been nice to have a chair in the cabin. But we were able to sit at the restaurant tables and use the wifi there. so all our needs were met! Thank you ! "
