Best location in San Jose. Beautifully restored hotel with the most professional and friendly staff I’ve experienced in the city. This is the only place I will stay moving forward. Great place overall.
Although I waited almost an hour to check in. The hotel and staff themselves seemed kind and I was even able to check in earlier. The room was very clean, smaller than I expected. But loved the shower. It’s located around a lot of food and shopping. Enjoyed the stay. My only complaint is that the ...
The decor in the lobby was very modern. The area downtown where the hotel is is bustling, and I wouldn’t go out at night, but during the day it was good. Our room was huge and very clean. Absolutely no view whatsoever, but I was fine with that being in the middle of the city.
The hotel is located on a pedestrian street which is very nice.
There is no ice machine in hall. Had to go down to kitchen to get a bag of ice. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Breakfast is really great. Sometimes had trouble with telephone to reach a hotel operator. Maid service was very good. Could not use fridge in room unless you posted your credit card for security ...
Great Location and a lot of fun for a boys get-a-way.
In city. Warning !!!Do NOT purchase Expedia “Hotel Booking Protecion Plus”. Do not waste your money on this fake insurance coverage. They will not pay you once/if you make a claim...they will find whatever reason to not pay you.
The staff could not have been more helpful. The location was good and the rooms were nice.
The only complain is that the hotel doesn't have a parking lot..
