How shall I describe it? It’s antique and unique… not your usual name brand but so much has been provided for your comfort. The room is small but the bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom small and quaint but clean and good hot water. Yes we’d stay again. 🙂

Room was clean. Love the heated floors. And it was quiet. Such a unique and fun place. Love the entire set up. Will definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for dark sky accommodations! Well done Frontier Inn.

This is a great stop in Alamosa! The staff were exceptional in their welcome and efficiency, the room clean and odor-free. An excellent breakfast selection and wonderful location close to dining and shopping options.

The room was ver nice and clean. I would recommend taking a blanket cause the bedding is thin. In the morning the tv signal went out so no tv. I went to breakfast the coffee was ice cold, the fruit was old bruised and wrinkly, I couldn’t eat the eggs they were gray. I made the waffles and they were good but the apple juice was starting to ferment. Couldn’t drink it.. they need some breakfast food help! The location is good! I would stay there again but will pass on the breakfast. There is an ihop next door!

The best thing about the lodge is its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park. It is by far the lodging closest to the park. Scenery is gorgeous.
There are very few dining options near the lodge. Pizza was available for purchase from the lodge office until 6 or 7pm.
