“Cute cozy cabin, pet friendly, nice jacuzzi soaking tub, nice pond. We did have to go to town to buy measuring spoons/measuring spoons and a mixing bowl. The cooking utensils are very basic….4 glass plates, 4 glass cereal bowls, a few coffee cups, a few regular cups, a cutting mat, silverware, a few cooking utensils, 1 pot, 1 smaller frying pan and a pasta strainer. ”

“The property is beautiful, cabin very good and very clean. I had everything I needed. The VRBO site said breakfast and activities. I spoke with the one part time employee who was watering plants, and she said there had not been breakfast in many years, and no activities except fishing. The other two cabins were occupied Fri, night then noone else was there for our whole stay. It was perfect for us, but not as advertised. I would go back to the same cabin. The fishing was excellent. “The entire place needs painting and wall repair. The furniture in the living room smells. The couch should be replaced. There was one coffee pod when I checked in, I messaged the host and was told some would be brought by. No one showed up, so I bought coffee pods myself. The beds need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable. Can’t use the bathroom vent because it’s so noisy. I would not recommend booking this property. ”

My circumstances were unique in that our stay was due to a family member’s hospitalization, thus requiring additional communication with owner.
