Great location! We walked our first night the 4 blocks to Arnoldi's Cafe for a great relaxing Italian Dinner. Walked easily many times to State Street and the El Paseo for shopping, drinks, sweets and meals. The craftsmanship of the remodeled Casa Riviera was impeccable. Very modern comfortable unit!

Loved our stay at Casa Riviera! It was ideally situated on a quiet street just a couple of blocks from restaurants and shops. The property was clean, very well appointed and very comfortable. Even though there was no front desk, communication was prompt and instructions for check in/out were very simple and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!!

10/10 this is like a hotel/apartment. In great condition. Supplies with all amenities for free of charge. Parking underground which is a plus, one car per unit. Single, king size bed and plenty of space for 2 people. Definitely will book here when I'm back. Convenient to walk downtown Santa Barbara.

Our stay at Casa Rivera was excellent. The location was right down town and very convenient, with ample parking in a private garage below our building. The room was very clean, spacious and well appinted. In addition we had a nice private patio to enjoy with a beautiful view of the mountains. The communication with our host was top notch. The responses to our questions were very prompt. We highly recommend Casa Riviera.
