Very convenient and friendly place. They overdid a bit with the Lysol but that aired out quickly. Surprisingly quiet which might have been a function of the fellow guests' behavior. Very spacious and clean studio. Staff very friendly.

My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was quite and there was plenty of on-site parking. I needed somewhere to stay near the harbor and this was perfect, only a 7 minute drive.

Great little motorcourt motel! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful (gave us good directions to walk to the beach and suggested restaurants nearby to eat at). The motel is a 45 min walk to the beach/marina but the neighborhood is very safe day and night and it's quiet too. I love the little gardens infront of each room and spent part of the evening sitting there on the patio chairs. The room has a bedroom area and a separate kitchen too with nice appliances and a nice new counter, great for eating and storing food. FYI there are no pots or dishes (we had our own). So either bring your own or make sure to bring utensils from the restaurant. Parking was plentiful. Definitely would come back again.

This place is great. Big, clean room. Quiet spot. Easily accessible. It would be very easy to miss because it’s an older motel, but it was clear from the nice cars in the parking lot that we weren’t the only people who felt like they found a great place for the purpose. I’ve stayed before, and I’ll likely stay again next time I want to do a weekend in the area.

The best thig about this place is the location, it's an alright place to crash for a night or two, but don't expect much, not real clean, not real dirty, hardly any water pressure, kind of quiet, neighbors had their AC cranking much of the night/morning.
