The staff were really courteous and inviting. The beds were uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattress. The AC did not work well and was very loud. Lots of marijuana smells throughout our one night there. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were pulling a trailer and they allowed us to disconnect and lock to a pole. And the breakfast was delicious and offered anything you could want. We would stay here again and recommend to others staying in this area. :)

Not a bad hotel, but I'll probably look elsewhere next time I visit Santa Rosa. The room was clean but all the fixtures, furniture, etc were old. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Overall, middle of the road kind of place.

The hotel itself has a nice pool and a nice pool area. The rooms are old and tired looking. They had a fairly inedible breakfast spread each morning we were there. The bagels were OK. The staff was great.

I enjoyed my stay the room was very clean the only thing I was not happy with was the bed was not very comfortable but other then that we loved the pool it was nice and warm so the pool was great to have when we visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really loved that. It was easy to get into the location and there was a lot to do within walking distance.
