Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"I was slightly disappointed in the rooms of the hotel. I was travelling for business and both myself and my colleague found the rooms smelly and stuffy. The beds were very comfortable though. Overall they were clean enough but the facilities were old. I had a very hard time turning on and off the bathroom sink. The main areas like the lobby and
dining
areas are spacious and clean and very modern. But overall was a bit disappointed in the rooms themselves. "
