Cleaners were very good. The reception were not friendly at all. Breakfast for the 7 days we stayed was the same everyday-they should have change or intervals every other day for the menu. Place was relatively cheap.

Quick walk to Sapporo station and Odori park. I had a Cross room so I also had access to the lounge, a very nice feature. A great stay!

Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future.
