“Front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Even though I had done all of the pre-check work in advance, it took 15 minutes to check in. Every device that we had needed a special and different Wi-Fi code, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel doesn’t open until 8:30 AM, and there is really nothing to do within a 20 minute drive of the hotel surprisingly.
