Although a short distance from the downtown tourist area and beach, Gaea House is located in the quieter northern part of town. So if you want to get away from the action going on in town or at the beach, just head back to the house for some much-needed peace and quiet.

Gaea Transport, operating out of lovely Seaside Oregon, provides shuttle service from the Oregon Coast and Portland International Airport (PDX), Portland Union Station, and other Portland-area locales. We also offer taxi and excursion services along the North Oregon Coast including Seaside, Cannon Beach, Astoria, and Tillamook.

Important Info for Your Stay:

We’re overjoyed to host your furry sidekicks at Gaea House—we’re pet people, too, after all! There is a $100 pet fee if you bring your whiskered or wagging friend. If you forget to give us a heads-up in advance, no worries—we’ll simply send you a polite reminder (and the fee) after check-in. We realize it’s not pocket change, and we do apologize. Let’s just say we’ve encountered enough post-vacation “presents” left in our backyard by some of our four-legged guests that we had to put a plan in place!

As for smoking, the crisp coastal air here is basically nature’s air-freshener, so we kindly request that you take your cigarette/vaping breaks outdoors. Any smoking indoors will unfortunately lead to a $200 fee, which we’d much rather you avoid spending on something that’s way less fun than, say, saltwater taffy or a local craft beer.

Lastly, we hope you find plenty of ways to kick back and enjoy your time at Gaea House. We’re in Seaside if you need anything—just give us a shout and we’ll do our best to help (or to point you toward the best clam chowder in town!).
