STEPS to the Beach!


If you are looking for nostalgic, this home is it. Built in the early 1900's, it has sleeping for up to 12 people. You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Queen mattresses and pillows for a great night sleep! The house is located on the North side if Seaside at 235 12th Ave.

This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard and deck to enjoy with a gas grill! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.

One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and 2 couches. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area on the third floor. Great for families.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Please leave your pets at home. If you bring a pet you’ll be charged the damage deposit plus any other expenses. The house is located in a residential area. Good Neighbor rules apply which include limited noise and NO noise after 9:00 pm. If a noise complaint occurs and the issue is not corrected, you will be asked to leave. Renters are responsible for their personal property.

Great spring getaway

9 old friends ( all in 70's and 80's) got together for games, walks and too much food. Loved the area. Home was very accommodating for our group.

Best Beach Rental In Seaside!

Beautifully maintained and outfitted home just a short walk to the beach. Great for a large family, comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. A great value with everything you can ask for to make your stay fun and enjoyable!

PERFECT HOUSE for a LADIES GET-A-WAY WEEKEND

House was perfect for our annual ladies' weekend get-a-way. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfy beds. It was a very windy weekend but that did not deter us from enjoying our time outside. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Christmas at Seaside

We had a wonderful weekend stay for our annual family Christmas. We used to rent the house next door, but as our family grew we needed the extra rooms. This was the perfect solution with comfortable beds and it was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Steps to the beach!

We stayed here for our family reunion and it was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach made it so easy with little ones- we could do several quick trips to the ocean each day without much preparation. The house is set up great for a large family, different sitting rooms where everyone can do their own thing. We loved it!

Great accomodations! Beautiful house. Perfect for our 9 people. Every couple and individuals had their own rooms. 4 bathrooms was perfect! SO CLOSE to the beach! The parking was large and off street. So so clean! Our stay was comfortable and relaxing!

Third year at this property.

This has been the perfect family vacation house for our annual trips to Seaside. Recent upgrades to the front porch and railing were really appreciated as were the new kitchen items. The location, the many bedrooms/bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen keep us coming back.

Fabulous house, room. for all of us. Loved having 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. More than enough supplies (TP, paper towels, garbage bags, etc).. Plenty of bath towels. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful home!

We sure enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Lots of room, plenty of bedrooms and living space for our family of 10! Enjoyed the clean home and well stocked kitchen. The only minor drawback was that there was no heat in the upstairs where the bedrooms were located, otherwise, plenty of heat downstairs with the gas fireplace and heater. But we were comfortable enough (our 87 year old parents were a little too cold). Would love to stay here again!!

Fantastic!

This house is awesome! Our group of 12 had plenty of room. The fireplace was popular as there was a big storm when we arrived. Furniture was clean and comfortable and provided all a place to sit. Bedding was nice and the mattresses were comfortable. Close to the beach and town. A few of us would drive to downtown and a few would walk, and we get there about the same time. Would love to know the history of the home. Thank you for a great trip, we will be back!

We loved the home and it had everything our large family needed. The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms as well. The home was situated perfectly from the beach and to have the ADA walkway right out the door was perfect for strollers and the wagons to make it 3/4 of the way to where we camped out during the day.

Our host was very accomedating. She helped with logistics of finding a place to park our trailer. Above and beyond. The home when we arrived was perfect. 60th bday surprise

Had a great time for my husbands surprise bday celebration!! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and lots of space for visiting, playing cards, enjoyed the deck and short walk to town and the beach! We would def stay here again.

Such charm!!

This house is so charming! Super clean, so many rooms, and cozy! Everyone felt right at home, and slept great. All the beds were comfy, and again, so much space for everyone. 11 in our group, and we enjoyed it the whole time. Two days were raining and just yuck weather ( perfect west coast beach weather) and there were a couple of leaky windows, but the wind was blowing so hard and sideways , it would have been surprising if there hadn’t been any windows. Contacted the manager(or owner) she asked for pictures to know which windows needed the love, so I know they are being taken care of. There were some ants in the bathrooms, but we have them in our houses, ‘‘tis the season. Other than that- we would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for opening up this place for visitors!
