"Great place for a quick weekend stay! So clean; had everything we needed!"

"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"The whole family enjoyed our stay. We rode bikes, did some crabbing and fishing off the pier in back. Went to pool, it was very nice that the pool was so close. We especially enjoyed eatting our meals on deck out back. Had some issues but were quickly resolved. Ralph always replied to messages fast. Would stay again!!!"

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful vacation home. This home has been the most well stocked that we have stayed in during our Bayside resort vacation. The home is spacious and the layout is great so that everyone could have their own space. We really enjoyed the screened in porch!! Our host, Amy, was very responsive to our needs. "
