“We enjoyed staying at the house and it was close to family we were visiting and was affordable. Although the space was a little tight for the 6 people in our group, we were still comfortable. “This was one of the best properties we have stayed at! The layout, decor, cleanliness, paper products, linens and fully stocked kitchen utensils and dishes puts this gem in our top 3! The beautidul location, covered porch with grill, outside fire featuee and comfortable swivel chairs let us enjoy the beautiful Black Hills while enjoying our morning coffee. “The ranch house worked great for a group of friends traveling together. It was clean and spacious, and the open kitchen and living room area made it easy for people to gather. The host was responsive when the power went out due to a storm (the power was restored within a few hours, thankfully). ”

“Wonderful property and hosts! Location to Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish was perfect via car or side by sides. House fit us plus our three adult children/families wonderfully. Hosts’ attention to detail was appreciated. Loved seeing deer every time we drove the road, and frequently turkeys! Highly recommend.”

“Cade's house was the perfect spot to stop for few days on our road trip. We loved it so much we extended a day to enjoy Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony. Cade was super easy-going and easy to communicate with. The back yard was a great spot to relax in the hot tub and the dog felt right at home. Lead, SD is such an interesting town, we loved it!”

“Very clean and more space than the pictures looked. It was a pleasant stay and a good host who was making sure we were taken care of. Great location to downtown Lead which is a quiet little town and close to deadwood for some more fun. ”

“If you're looking for a modern and cute apartment with a lot of sleeping space, this is it. I appreciated the little touches like supplying Q-tips, the bath salts and oils for the beautiful soaker tub, the K-cups and creamer, and the filtered water container in the fridge. The open concept with patio access is great and I enjoyed my coffee each morning outside on the picnic table and chairs. However, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because a big draw for me was the hot tub and it……
