The cabin was "quaint" but was by no means comfortable. The only options for seating are the beds, or the hard dining chairs. There are no easy chair(s) to sit down and just relax and unwind, read a book, or watch TV. The beds are memory foam mattresses, which means that they adapt to the environment they are in, so for an area that typically experiences 5-6 months of winter and generally cooler summers, that means that the memory foam will harden. The result? A very, VERY firm mattress. The $35/night for my dog was, in my humble opinion, not justified. There was literally nothing he could have damaged in the room - no carpet, no rug, no chair cushions, nothing. Also, it is worth noting that I reserved (and prepaid) for a pet-friendly room - but when I arrived, there was no pet-friendly room available and so the check in clerk had to get approval to put us into one of their non-pet-friendly rooms. So what is the difference besides the price (pet friendly is higher)? If there was some feature or amenity, neither I nor my dog could tell you want it was. In short, calling it pet friendly would be a stretch - perhaps consider looking at other options if you are traveling with a pet.
