Tranquility and adventure await you at this delightful town house style duplex apartment, only a short distance from the ocean, golf course and runway, perfect for an idyllic romantic get away, family bonding or just to hang out. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a home cooked meal served at the ample dining table or you can head over to one of the nearby eating establishments. The 2 upstairs bedrooms boast peak-a-boo ocean, runway and golf course views, and are furnished with Queen- and Twin-sized beds. The cozy living room has a 50” flat screen, smart TV, including Direct TV and WiFi internet. And a full sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Enjoy the enchanting lost coast tucked away from the rat race of the world. Listen to the pounding surf and barking sea lions in the distance. Deer abound and you might even see an occasional fox scamper by. Close by restaurants, coffee shop, and market add to the convenient location. Enjoy hiking trails and nearby tide pools. And watch the sunset over the ocean from one of the close by little park areas that are perched on the ocean’s edge.

This is a quiet neighborhood for someone seeking a retreat environment (absolutely no loud people or parties). There is a 25-year age requirement, except for children traveling with their parents.

Great location, lacking kitchen equipment
Great location. Cul-de-sac was quiet and not crowded. Room for boat/trailer. View of the golf course and lots of deer sightings. Kitchen had coffee cups, but no other glassware for drinking. For cooking, only one skillet and one cooking pot. Needs more, or provide an inventory so folks know what to bring. Could've used a garden hose outside for washing fishing equipment and ice chests. Also noticed side yard had poison oak. Back sliding door difficult to close.

We had an excellent stay overall. From walking on Black Sands Beach to and around Cove Beach during an epic low tide the environmental vibe was peaceful and relaxing. Our accommodations were excellent only needing a few more additions to complete the kitchen - still able to cook amazing meals - chicken and pasta one night and duck breast with berries and a Toulouse Pinot on another night. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice property and walking distance to market and restaurant. Very clean and organized. Massage chairs were Bonus after a long drive to Shelter Cove
